Our position

Fadefain does not offer, give, solicit or accept bribes, in any form, anywhere we work. This applies to everyone who acts for us: directors, team members and associates.

What this means in practice

• We make no facilitation payments and we do not use third parties to do indirectly what we would not do directly.
• Gifts and hospitality are modest, transparent, given or accepted openly, recorded, and never intended to influence a decision.
• We work in a regulated, pharma-adjacent context and we respect the compliance frameworks our clients operate under, including their rules on interactions with healthcare professionals.
• Associates and suppliers are expected to meet this standard as a condition of working with us.

Raising a concern

Anyone, inside or outside the practice, can raise a concern in confidence at hello@fadefain.com. Concerns are taken to a director and acted on.

We review this policy annually.
